Karsten Broten

Karsten Broten joined our team as associate pastor in the summer of 2018. Karsten previously served as a worship director in Mississauga, ON., before moving to Edmonton with his wife, Sarah, in 2014, where he completed his theological degree at Vanguard College. 

Karsten and Sarah have twin girls, and they love spending their time hanging out with others and enjoy a good laugh. In their free time, they like to sing and play musical instruments, eat dessert, get outdoors and host get-togethers at their home. They are passionate about cultivating warm and authentic community, helping people find answers to tough questions, and communicating Biblical truth in relevant ways.
